How AIZ Global handles your information.

1. Who controls the information

AIZ Global Ltd is the data controller. It is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16866865), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

Direct privacy enquiries through the Contact page using “Privacy or data rights request”.

2. Information collected

The Contact form collects your enquiry topic, name, work email, optional organisation, optional role, message, and the date and time of submission.

The application does not intentionally collect IP addresses, device fingerprints or tracking data as part of the enquiry email. Please do not include special-category information or other highly sensitive information in your message.

3. Why the information is used

AIZ uses the information to receive, assess and respond to genuine business enquiries; discuss requested services, partnerships, advisory or leadership opportunities; take steps you request before potentially entering into a contract; maintain proportionate records of business communications; protect the security and integrity of the website and enquiry workflow; and respond to privacy-rights requests and applicable legal obligations.

Enquiry information is not used for unrelated marketing.

4. Lawful bases

AIZ relies on legitimate interests to receive, assess, manage and respond to genuine business enquiries and maintain secure business communications. Its legitimate interests are operating and developing its business, understanding genuine commercial enquiries, communicating with prospective clients and partners, and protecting its systems. These interests are balanced against your rights and reasonable expectations.

AIZ may also process information to take steps you request before entering into a contract where an enquiry concerns potential services or an engagement, and to meet a legal obligation when responding to applicable data-protection rights or lawful requests. AIZ does not rely on consent for an ordinary Contact submission.

5. Providers and recipients

Information may be processed by Netlify, which hosts and runs the website and server function; Resend, which transmits the enquiry email; and Microsoft 365, which provides the AIZ Global business mailbox and is supplied through GoDaddy. Professional advisers or public authorities may also receive information where reasonably necessary or legally required.

The website itself does not save enquiry submissions to an application database.

6. International transfers

Some service providers or their subprocessors may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted international transfer occurs, AIZ relies on the provider’s applicable contractual and legal safeguards, which may include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, approved standard contractual clauses, adequacy regulations or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

7. Retention

Enquiries that do not become an active client, supplier or contractual relationship are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, then deleted unless a shorter or longer period is reasonably required for a legal obligation, dispute, security matter or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Where an enquiry develops into a contractual or client relationship, relevant correspondence may be retained under the applicable business, contractual, accounting and legal-record schedule. Hosting, delivery and mailbox providers may retain limited operational records according to their service terms and security requirements.

8. Whether information is required

Providing information is voluntary and is not a statutory requirement. AIZ cannot assess or respond to an enquiry unless the required fields are supplied.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information; restrict its use; object to processing; and receive data in a portable form where that right applies. Requests can be submitted through the Contact page using “Privacy or data rights request”.

10. Complaints

You may complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office. AIZ would also welcome the opportunity to address your concern first through the Contact page.

11. Automated decision-making

AIZ does not use Contact-form information to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

12. Cookies and tracking

The current website audit found no analytics, advertising trackers, marketing pixels, non-essential cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage use, or external font requests. No cookie banner is therefore used.

This notice will be updated before materially different tracking or data uses are introduced.
